Utilizing a transparent glass disk with bottom lighting and 2–4 high-resolution cameras plus a rotary mechanism, this system inspects screw dimensions and defects from multiple angles. With ±1 pixel accuracy and multi-criteria filtering, it meets rigorous quality standards.
